Coca-Cola is in the business of making and selling drinks that people love, but they want to do it in a way that takes care in the world around us by saving natural resources, cutting down on waste and reducing greenhouse gases. Of course this means looking at their own operations, but at the same time at the whole picture from how they source their ingredients, to what happens after a drink gets enjoyed. So they are working with their suppliers to encourage them to save energy, inventing new packaging made from recycle plastic or even plants. In their factories they try to only use the electricity and water they really need, they transport their products in ways that keep down carbon emissions. The main r eason this company had been able to stage afloat during all these years is because Coca-Cola believes it’s its own competition. They are always researching and innovating their own products. Also Coca-Cola has a great marketing strategy by being physically in a lot of countries. Every year Coca-Cola designs easier ways for their consumers to be able to reach and purchase its products by distributing its product through vending machines, charity causes, stands, etc. Since 1955, Coca-Cola has been a soda provider to one of the largest fast food chain companies McDonalds. Throughout the years Coca-Cola has learn the key to its expansion is within our own worldwide community.
